These SMS Terms & Conditions govern your participation in the Countryside Barns, Inc SMS messaging program and your use of our website at countrysidebarns.com, which is owned and operated by Countryside Barns, Inc. By opting into our SMS program, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Program Description
   Countryside Barns, Inc (website: countrysidebarns.com) sends SMS to customers, prospective customers, and contractors who explicitly opt in through our website forms. Messages include confirmation of inquiries/quote requests, appointment or service coordination, order/inquiry updates, and customer support follow-ups. We may also send occasional promotions to subscribers who have explicitly opted in to receive marketing texts. Message frequency varies (typically 1–4 messages per month, plus replies as needed for ongoing support). Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help; message and data rates may apply.

2. Consent to Receive Messages
   By providing your mobile number and opting in, you authorize Countryside Barns, Inc to send SMS messages to your mobile number. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

3. Opt Out
   You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting “STOP” to our SMS number (or replying STOP to any message). After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt in again.

4. Opt In Again
   If you want to rejoin after opting out, you may opt in again using the same method you used to enroll originally.

Additional Provisions

1. Refunds and Returns Policy

   Your deposit is non-refundable 3 days after the order is signed.  There are not returns on any of our products.
