Pavilion FAQ

Yes – a masonry or exterior treated wood kitchen can certainly be added to a pavilion!

All of our outdoor and backyard pavilions have many different uses. Whether you’re in need of shelter, a backyard kitchen or dining space, shade for your pool areas, a covered area to host events, or an outdoor gathering space for your business, all of our pavilions for sale have you covered.

Because pavilions don’t have a floor system, a concrete pier foundation under each post is required.

A pavilion roof is completely closed and usually angled similar to a house roof. A pergola has a flat “roof” usually and it has open slats/boards.

Although the cost is cheaper to build your own backyard or outdoor pavilion, buying the pavilion is better bang for your buck. This is because the quality of a professionally built pavilion we have for sale will be higher than a kit. Other things to take into consideration are your time and the hassle of trying to build one yourself. With purchasing through a quality-built pavilion company, you can spend your time elsewhere and save yourself a hassle, while getting top-notch quality! Our backyard and outdoor pavilions are either made out of wood or vinyl.

Since our vinyl pavilions are wood wrapped in vinyl, they are structurally the same. The only difference is that vinyl is maintenance-free.

Absolutely! An electrical package is a great option for a pavilion so you can easily add a ceiling fan and outlets to add comfort to your outdoor events.

I have two buildings from Countryside Barns on my property. The first one is a lofted garden shed purchased a delivered in 2016. The second is a garage purchased in 2023. The second was originally going to be a small 8’X12’ garden shed. Due to a variance requirement with the city, I was not able to place the small garden shed in the respectable place I selected on my property. Countryside Barns was understanding, I put a halt on the order 6 days after placing it. Thank you, Jessica! I selected a new location on my property and was able to go bigger 14’X32’. I also decided to go with a portable garage vs a garden shed. With a copy of the approved permit and my down payment I signed the contract. With both buildings I have had a few issues but they were taken care of. EDIT: Photos are from months later, they did not install rock, landscaping, gutters, concrete, or electrical.
