Spread out the cost of your next project with financing through LightStream. Fixed-rate loans from $5,000 to $100,000 are available for customers with good-to-excellent credit, with flexible terms and no fees or prepayment penalties. All loans are subject to credit approval.

For sheds, cabins, and other eligible portable buildings, rent-to-own through Platinum Rentals offers monthly payments with no credit checks or large down payments. Choose from terms ranging from 24 to 84 months, with full ownership when your agreement is complete.

I have two buildings from Countryside Barns on my property. The first one is a lofted garden shed purchased a delivered in 2016. The second is a garage purchased in 2023. The second was originally going to be a small 8’X12’ garden shed. Due to a variance requirement with the city, I was not able to place the small garden shed in the respectable place I selected on my property. Countryside Barns was understanding, I put a halt on the order 6 days after placing it. Thank you, Jessica! I selected a new location on my property and was able to go bigger 14’X32’. I also decided to go with a portable garage vs a garden shed. With a copy of the approved permit and my down payment I signed the contract. With both buildings I have had a few issues but they were taken care of. EDIT: Photos are from months later, they did not install rock, landscaping, gutters, concrete, or electrical.
