An enclosed hunting blind is a great option for Illinois hunters because it provides protection from wind, rain, snow, and cold temperatures throughout hunting season.

Look for areas near established deer trails, food sources, field edges, or other locations where deer regularly travel.

An enclosed hunting blind provides a dedicated hunting space with added protection from wind, rain, snow, and cold temperatures during Illinois hunting season.

Permit requirements for hunting blinds can vary by location in Illinois. Before installing your hunting blind, check with your local county or municipality for any building, zoning, or placement requirements that may apply.

Yes, deer may notice a new hunting blind in their environment. Setting up your blind before hunting season can give deer time to become familiar with it. Choosing a location that blends naturally with the surroundings can also help make your hunting setup less noticeable.

Hunting blinds help conceal your movement, provide protection from Illinois weather, and create a more comfortable place for longer hunts. An enclosed hunting blind like the Sky Box also provides 360-degree visibility, so you can watch for deer and take a shot from multiple directions.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I have two buildings from Countryside Barns on my property. The first one is a lofted garden shed purchased a delivered in 2016. The second is a garage purchased in 2023. The second was originally going to be a small 8’X12’ garden shed. Due to a variance requirement with the city, I was not able to place the small garden shed in the respectable place I selected on my property. Countryside Barns was understanding, I put a halt on the order 6 days after placing it. Thank you, Jessica! I selected a new location on my property and was able to go bigger 14’X32’. I also decided to go with a portable garage vs a garden shed. With a copy of the approved permit and my down payment I signed the contract. With both buildings I have had a few issues but they were taken care of. EDIT: Photos are from months later, they did not install rock, landscaping, gutters, concrete, or electrical.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Both the product and the installation process exceeded all expectations! Everything was done exactly when they said it would be, and the quality of construction is exceptional. Patrick made the delivery and checked leveling very carefully and even took the time to add a couple bumpers to the door and touch up paint on the base or at a tiny scratch from installation. This shed is certainly built to last!
