These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Countryside Barns, Inc website and participation in our SMS messaging program. By using our website or opting into our SMS program, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

SMS Terms & Conditions

1. Program Description

Countryside Barns, Inc (website: countrysidebarns.com) sends SMS messages to customers, prospective customers, and contractors who explicitly opt in through our website forms. Messages may include confirmations of inquiries and quote requests, appointment or service coordination, order and inquiry updates, and customer support follow-ups. We may also send occasional promotions to subscribers who have explicitly opted in to receive marketing texts.

Message frequency varies, typically 1–4 messages per month plus replies as needed for ongoing support. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.

2. Consent to Receive Messages

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you authorize Countryside Barns, Inc to send SMS messages to your mobile number. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

3. Opt Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to our SMS number or replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt in again.

4. Opt In Again

If you want to rejoin after opting out, you may opt in again using the same method you originally used to enroll.

5. Help and Support

If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply HELP for assistance or contact us at (800) 467-4614 or [email protected].

6. Message Frequency and Rates

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply to messages sent to you from us and from you to us. If you have questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

7. Carrier Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Privacy

Your participation in this messaging program is governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or consent information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised Last Modified date.

10. Age Restriction

By enrolling in our SMS messaging program, you acknowledge that you are 18 years of age or older and that the program is not intended for individuals under 18.

Website Terms of Use

1. Refunds and Returns

Your deposit is non-refundable three days after the order is signed. There are no returns on our products.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, all applicable laws and regulations, and responsibility for compliance with applicable local laws. If you do not agree with these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this website. The materials on this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on the Countryside Barns website for personal, non-commercial, transitory viewing only. This is a license, not a transfer of title. Under this license, you may not:

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I have two buildings from Countryside Barns on my property.  The first one is a lofted garden shed purchased a delivered in 2016.  The second is a garage purchased in 2023.  The second was originally going to be a small 8’X12’ garden shed.  Due to a variance requirement with the city, I was not able to place the small garden shed in the respectable place I selected on my property.  Countryside Barns was understanding, I put a halt on the order 6 days after placing it.  Thank you, Jessica!  I selected a new location on my property and was able to go bigger 14’X32’.  I also decided to go with a portable garage vs a garden shed.  With a copy of the approved permit and my down payment I signed the contract.  With both buildings I have had a few issues but they were taken care of. EDIT: Photos are from months later, they did not install rock, landscaping, gutters, concrete, or electrical.

Patrick made the delivery and checked leveling very carefully and even took the time to add a couple bumpers to the door and touch up paint on the base or at a tiny scratch from installation.
